Payment Terms

1. Currency & Pricing

All transactions are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹). Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment Structure

4. Invoicing

- Payment terms on invoices: Due upon receipt or as agreed

5. Taxes

6. Late Payment

- Services may be suspended if payment is not received by the due date
- Late payment fees may apply as per our pricing
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action for non-payment
- A grace period of 5 days will be provided before suspension

7. Refunds & Credits

- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
- Advance payments are non-refundable after service commencement
- Credits may be issued for service failures
- Refund processing time: 7-10 business days

8. Payment Security

- All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways
- Your financial information is encrypted and protected
- We do not store complete credit card information
- Payment transactions are verified before service delivery

9. Subscription Cancellation

- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime
- Annual subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice
- No refund for the current billing period
- Future charges will cease upon cancellation

10. Special Offers & Discounts

- Promotional discounts cannot be combined
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout
- Offers are valid for specified periods only
