- Consultation sessions cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time
- Custom projects cannot be cancelled after work has commenced

• Include your name and reason for cancellation
• Our team will confirm cancellation within 2 business days
• You will receive refund instructions if eligible

4. Subscription Cancellation

For recurring subscription services:

• You can cancel at any time
• Access will be terminated at the end of the current billing period
• No refund will be provided for the current period
• Future charges will be stopped immediately

5. Non-Cancellable Services

The following services cannot be cancelled:

• Services that have been delivered
• Consultation sessions completed or in progress
• Custom work beyond the cancellation period
• Non-refundable promotional offers

6. Cancellation by Vision Tech Era

Vision Tech Era may cancel services under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms of Service
• Non-payment of fees
• Illegal or unethical use of services
• Force majeure or circumstances beyond our control
